Yes, its pricey. Invest in yourself. I've tried to make this myself and was successful, but it takes six weeks and ends up not being worth the effort and cost of all the ingredients. This is a superior product. My go to first thing in the morning every day for continued good health. I take one shot glass full followed with water. My husband takes his mixed in V8 low sodium tomato juice. In the afternoons, I make a cup of Steept Tea in 10 oz water for 5 minutes- 4 min if that is too strong for an energy boost. On chilly days, a half shot in broth or soup to give it a kick. I have also used this product added to salad dressing. I will not be without this health boosting product. I love it!
