SECTION 1 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
We stand behind our products with confidence. It is so important to us that our Tough Mother family is happy with every purchase!
Due to Covid-19 and related protocols, we are currently unable to accept food product returns.
All of our products are hand packaged and insured. If damage occurs during shipment, we require photographic evidence of both packaging and product in order to submit a claim on your behalf. Alternatively, a customer may also be asked to present the damaged product/packaging directly to the shipper for inspection, in order for a claim to be processed and a replacement order to be issued. We ask for your cooperation during this process so that we may quickly and efficiently get your replacement order to you.
Failure to submit evidence of damage, or inability/unwillingness to present items for inspection to the carrier may result in forfeiture of refund/replacement. Each case will be handled on an individual basis.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING
US Domestic Shipping
Our products are shipped via USPS and UPS to give you the lowest shipping rate possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a USPS or UPS tracking number so you may check on the status of your shipment. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order.
We do our best to fulfill orders same-day, Monday thru Friday, for orders received before 1pm CST. Our home base is Austin, TX - Shipments to East & West Coast regions typically take 3 days for delivery. Shipping in our region typically takes 1-2 days for delivery.
We currently offer free shipping for orders over $150.
Our products are shipped via USPS First Class Package International to give you the lowest shipping rate possible. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number so you may check on the status of your shipment. Shipping rates are subject to current commercial rates.
