Tough Mother Hot Tea

INGREDIENTS:

1 CUP Water, boiling
1 TBSP Organic honey or organic agave syrup
1 ea. Tea bag (your favorite-mine is jasmine green tea)
1 TSP Organic lemon juice
2 TBSP Tough Mother Steept Health Shot™

METHOD:

To one cup of hot water, add your favorite life-giving tea (bag or loose leaf). Allow to steep. Once tea is infused, add your favorite sweetener, fresh lemon juice, and Tough Mother Steept Health Shot™. Stir well and sip to your health!
