I was nervous of how much it would burn because I have an ulcer and don't tolerate spicy well. It was a soothing slight burn to my throat. Not bad at all, my 7 and 11 year old (who don't eat spicy) said it wasn't hot. I was having post nasal drip that was giving me a sore throat. After drinking it, the burn soothed my throat.

Arthritis has caused me severe pain in my knees. The first time I tried Tough Mother I noticed the pain lessened in less than a week. I used it for a few months and then stopped. Within a week or so my pain increased again but I didn't purchase it again for a year or more.
